Condux MillNETZSCH Condux

The Impact Mill Condux® is a high speed fine impact mill for the dry grinding of various products up to a Mohs hardness of 3 - 3.5. The diversity of grinding tools allow the mill to be used universally depending on the application and area of operation. This also applies later on when circumstances such as product characteristics or requirements have changed. The grinding tools can be changed to match the new need.

Depending on the application and product, the mill is equipped with differing rotor and stator variations and can be operated as any of the following mill types: Pin Mill, Disc Mill, Beater Mill or Blast Mill (left to right in the image).

One design variant with 2 housing doors can be used either as a single rotor or a counter-rotating pin mill.


LMZ10-ZETANETZSCH LMZ-ZETA

The high-speed mill system ZETA® is similar to the type LME grinding system, but incorporates an improved peg grinding system that optimizes production capacity, energy demand and quality.

The ZETA® system allows for high throughput rates and high quality with a narrow particle size distribution for higher viscous products.


Alpha MillNETZSCH Alpha

The NETZSCH Alpha is a modular system that enables cross-system standardization, allowing the user to economically convert the machine to any of the three grinding systems.

This innovation is designed to produce customer-specific solutions, and is customizable to fit unique products for processing.


S-Jet500NETZSCH Steam-Jet

The S-Jet mill system offers the advantages of dry-grinding through the use of superheated steam. Significant benefits are gained by using superheated steam as a grinding medium, as opposed to using air.

The jet energy, which is considerably higher compared to that of air (jet speeds of up to 1200 m/s can be achieved), increases the discrete energy input.

As a result, the kinetic impact energy of the product particles is increased fourfold. Using an air classifier that’s integrated with the mill, finenesses down to the submicron range are possible.


DeltaVita 15-300NETZSCH DeltaVita

The DeltaVita is a mill that’s based on the proven Zeta mill technology, and makes it possible to manufacture active ingredients in the nanometer range while complying with pharmaceutical standards.

Thanks to the high level of energy efficiency, high throughput rates and multi-pass or circulation modes of operation, it is possible to achieve high-quality stable, homogenous dispersions with excellent reproducibility.
